Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms with Shaved Parmesan
Portobello mushrooms stuffed with fennel, shitake mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes topped with fresh Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Served with a fresh spinach salad with clementines and citrus dressing.

Brazilian Shrimp with Coconut Sauce
Garlicky shrimp and red peppers  in a coconut tomato sauce served over a bed of rice.

Parmesan-Herb Crusted Tilapia
Delicate white fish encrusted in a Parmesan and herb breading. Served with asparagus, leeks and pancetta.

Marinated Flank Steak with Fresh Rosemary
Thinly sliced juicy steak with a wonderful rosemary marinade and buttermilk mashed potatoes.
