Meal Service - The Flavorful Fork

The Flavorful Fork offers delicious meals personalized to suit your tastes and lifestyle from heart healthy to vegetarian/vegan to family friendly.

How does it work?

We start with an in-home consultation to assess your needs and food preferences and to select the best meal service package for you.
Following the consultation, we will decide on a convenient start date and determine the menu items for your first cook date.
On the day of service, we will take care of all the grocery shopping needed to prepare your meals and arrive at your home to begin cooking.
Once all the meals have been prepared (typically 4-5 hours), they will be packaged, labeled with instructions and placed in your refrigerator or freezer.
Your kitchen will be clean and your home will be filled with wonderful aromas. You just need to come home, select a meal and enjoy!

Other meal service options can be offered if these packages do not fit your needs. For example, we can custom the meal service plan to include less entrees per week, a dessert option, a few salads for lunches. Let’s chat and figure out what will work best for you!
